The Weight Loss "FIT"

The fitness people are going crazy at this time of year.  The New Year
brings all of those people out who have been thinking about, considering,
or toying with the idea of reducing their weight.

Before doing anything with any weight loss plan, consider your lifestyle.
Make sure that the way you go about losing weight is:

1. One that you can afford - Many plans carry a hefty price tag.

2. Not just some fad - Fad diets are seldom maintainable.

3. Healthy - Not all diet plans will give you the daily nutrition
                    that you need to stay healthy.

4. Workable - You plan must "Fit" you and your lifestyle.  If you do
                      not have a lot of extra time, then you do not want to
                      be on a plan that takes a lot of meal preparation and
                      time in the kitchen.
