FREE! FREE! FREE!

I do not usually promote these things, but I have seen some of the

Now, for another free tip.
I am always asked "What is the quickest way to lose weight?"
My answer is always "Don't eat!"
I always tell people that it may not be the BEST way, gut it is the fastest.
The best way is, of course, to reduce what you eat, move around more,
and eat more foods that are complex in nature (i.e. grains, nuts, legumes
veggies, etc.)  Even these should be eaten in moderation.  The complex
foods will also help you to feel more full for a longer period of time.
Oh, yes, find something to do other than sitting in front of the T.V.
