Eat Energy!

There are a lot of foods that we eat that produce more
energy for us than others.  Here are a few suggestions
that will keep you going at "TOP" speed.

Remember that saying about "An apple a day"?
Eating apples is not only going to provide you with
food that not only tastes good, but also keeps your
energy levels up by keeping your blood sugar from
having that quick drop from most sweets.

One more is spicy mustard.  Not only will this help
you to enjoy your meal, but it can also increase your

you eat it.
