BELT HOLES

So, how is that new year resolution to lose weight going?
Are you putting that belt lock closer in or farther out?

Now is the time to really start paying attention to what you
are eating and how you are living. 

What is your lifestyle like?
What kind of foods do you have in your fridge and cupboards?
What do you do with any spare time you may have?
