   There is no secret to losing weight.  There are a lot of
different methods out there that will help you to lose
weight.  Some are easier that others to apply.
All of the healthy diets reduce calories and recommend
more exercise. 

   The quickest way to lose weight is to reduce your
calorie intake - PERIOD!  There are shots and pills
that make you not feel hungry, but they still are about
not eating as much. 

   You can actually eat more food and lose weight if
the foods are things like carrots and celery.  You
can also eat apples, pears, and berries.  Most people
know what is healthy and what is not.  The REAL
bottom line is controlling your appetite.
