Eating Control!

Do you have trouble controlling what you eat?

Here are 3 important things that you can do to lower the
amounts of food that you eat and reduce the calories.

1.  Eat more slowly
    If you eat more slowly, your hunger
center will register being full or satiated more quickly.
Many people rush through their meals.  Take it slowly,
you will enjoy your food more, and you will realize that
you really do not want to eat all of that food.

2.  Don't stuff yourself at each meal
    This is a major problem for many.  Instead of
eating until you feel comfortable, you eat
until you feel as if you will burst.  This may
take practice, but it is worth it.  Following the
first suggestion will help with this.

3.  Wait!  Do not run off and get more food
when you finish eating.  Wait for 15 minutes.
This will give the food a chance to "settle" in.
Then you can decide if you really want more
food.  Make sure that if you want more it is
not because you are bored.  Eat because you
are hungry!  Again, this boils down to NOT
shoveling in the food.  Take Your Time!
