If you have lost weight (or are trying to),
The CDC notes three (3) main things that you should do
to help keep yourself from gaining back any more weight.
1. Choose an Eating Plan
Eating correctly, and eating the right foods are known to
be of major importance in controlling weight.
There are a lot of things out there, some better than others.
Make sure that the foods that you eat give you sound nutrition
and do not fall into the "Fad" category. Eat those veggies
and some fruits. Pay attention to your fat intake.

2. Move More
We all know that getting more exercise is going to
burn off more calories and will help us to lose and
control our weight. Don't make excuses to sit down.
Look for ways that you can do more physical things.
3. Self-Monitor
We need to pay attention to what we eat, drink, and
how much physical activity we get. It is important
to know what we are doing and how. Most of us know
if we are eating the wrong things, and if we get very
much (if any) exercise. Keep a daily journal if
you need to do so. Just a daily note is all that you
need to do. It does not need to be a major thing that
takes up a lot of your time.
