Weight Loss Walking

Walking Tips


One thing that I do when I go out walking is to try to make
it more interesting by walking in different places, or in
different directions. Sometimes I try to walk in a direction
that is out of the way. It only usually gives me more exercise.
Most of us know the terrain and where we can comfortably
and safely walk. It is always nice to try out and see new things.
So next time you go walking, simply step out of the door
and pick a direction. Make walking more enjoyable and fun.
