Christmas Party Blues

Do you have the Christmas party blues?  That is when you find
yourself at a party going "I wish I could eat that, but it isn't on
my diet".  Well, I have some good news, don't go overboard on
the deprivation.  Enjoy the party.  Enjoy the food.  Just be a bit
sensible about what you eat and drink.

First,  you don't have to eat everything that you see.  If you see
something that you want to try, take a taste.  Many things you
alsready know what they taste like.  Don't eat anything that you
think is just "okay".  Eat what you really, really enjoy.

Another thing, you never, ever have to finish eating what you
have in front of you.   If you start on a cookie, just take a few
bites.  A piece of cake can be eaten the same way - partially.
Stay aware of what you have been eating.  You can always
spend extra time in the gym, but it is certainly easier to just
eat in moderation.  Chances are, you will probably need to
see the gym a few extra hours any way.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go to a party hungry.  Always eat
something before you go.  By eating before you go to the party
you will eat what you know is healthy.  You don't always know
what is being served at parties.  Most parties just serve snack
stuff and junk food.  If you go to a party that serves a meal, and
you know what you will be eating, then you can make the decision
about eating before hand.  If you know the person who is giving
the party well enough, you may be able to get them to prepare
your food in a different way (if it is not too time consuming).

Well,  enough for now.  Only 67 copies left before I must end my
free offer.  It is excellent weight control information - a mental approach.
