Holiday Thinking for Weight Control

   Calories getting the better of you these holidays?  Re-think what
your body needs.

1.  Keep mental tabs on those calories that you are putting into yourself.
     You do not have to write everything down, but at some point you
     will know that you need to stop eating.

2.  Know that the food and "goodies" will be there in a few minutes, hours, etc. 
     You will not be going hungry.

3.  Drink water in between alcoholic drinks and food.  You will feel more full.
     Alcohol actually dehydrates the body, so water is good for you.

These are just a few more tips that can help you to stay in control.
