It is the holiday season once again. Once again we are all
confronted with many really tasty food and drink. Only a
small portion of which is probably good for us.
There is no problem having a little bit of the rich chocolate
cakes, and the cookies and chips and so on. The key is
keeping the amount that we eat very small.
Decide what is more important, staying healthy or enjoying
yourself to the point that you are injuring your health.
